Located between Winona, MN and Arcadia, WI on the Trempealeau River, the Safehouse Bar and grill is owned and operated by Victor Doerr and serves a full line of breakfasts, lunches and dinners daily. It is not uncommon to be welcomed as family by Victor upon arrival at the Safehouse, or any of the other local fun lovers you may find hanging out on the grounds.

As the saying goes in west central Wisconsin "all roads lead to Dodge", primarily The Historic SafeHouse Bar and Grill, formerly the Bank of Dodge, the key destination for anyone looking to have a good time.

The Safehouse is in conjunction with River Rat Outfitters, another one of Victor’s endeavors. River Rat provides tubing and canoe rentals; just make a reservation for the weekdays or show up on the weekends and they will drop you up the River for an approximate three hour float down the scenic Trempealeau.

After you’re finished, stop on by for a discounted drink at the Safehouse or shop at the General store for grocery, liquor, and hunt/fish/camp supplies.
